Element HR Consulting company was founded by a band of unorthodox HR professionals who were determined to change the status quo of HR Services and its impact on business. We saw businesses overwhelmed with high attrition rates, disengaged employees, and misaligned goals—issues that traditional HR management services just couldn’t solve. Fueled with passion, business acumen, and a dash of rebellion, we set out to revolutionize HR consulting services.
